Electric Picnic

So on Saturday morning of electric picnic, the mad man I am married decided to run 8 k to Vicarstown park run, to run 5k and then turn around and run 8k back  the man in the picture is German and they met on the road out there, he also was at electric picnic. Sure what else would you be doing on a Saturday morning of EP.

St Finbarr's 10Km

This took place on Sunday morning in fine conditions for running over the traditional Lee Road circuit and saw some great racing with the course record being broken in both the Ladies and Men's categories We had two runners there GerO'Regan had another great run surpassing his time from last weekend in Youghal and finishing in 39.41. Our other runners was the always reliable Amanda Cooney who also had a good run.

Coming up this week are two very good races both not far from Midleton and both 4 Miles. The flatter course is Rathcormac but Carrigtwohill always has a great athmosphere. Spoilt for choice.
