Tonight Wed. saw the running of the EMC+ 5Km in Ovens over a two loop course taking in a nasty enough hill twice.We had some prizewinners there as always

Helen Gilroy 2nd O/45
Neilus Aherne 1st O/55

Margaret and Helen as Midleton News got 2nd Ladies Team Grade A

and dont forget next Thur sees the Streets Of Youghal 4 Mile around the town of Youghal.This is a race that was regular on the calender until a few years ago and its great to see it back again.Its one race where you have support all the way as its goes around the town three times.
