DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

For those that are doing Whitegate 4 mile Thur night it is best to meet @7pm at the Community Ctr on Tue.(Unless you are going to Cork City Sports) but if you intend doing EMC 5Km on Wed night its best to skip Tue. Speedwork takes in the CBS Field @6pm on Monday and is open to all. Several of the group are going already and everyone is welcome to try it also  there is  speedwork (on the road) available with Pat Walsh on Wed evenings @ 6.30 meet in Bailick car park.(Highly recommended to do a session)
