CHURCHTOWN SOUTH 5 MILE
There was a total of 544 ran this race tonight in what were very good conditions considering the recent weather. Many complained of the heat etc and as always this is a love/hate course.Some people think its the easiest and more the hardest with its two loops.We had a fine crew out and several got PBs and our ladies took several prizes.

Other Races
Fionan O'hAodain did the Lakside 5Km race in Portsmouth last evening in a very fine time considering it was very warm there.Fionan is becoming a bit of a lakeside running expert with a lake run in Switzerland two weeks ago and England this week.We will have to watch him in Loughaderra next year.
