UPDATE ON THE UPDATE
County Masters Cross Country - 20 October in Conna at 12.00 pm
The age for the above competition is now over 35 which opens it up to many more members than would have been eligible in the past. Please let me know if you are over 35 (men and women) and would like to enter. We hope to field strong teams in the men's and women's events this year.
As usual, entries have to be made in advance and I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. Even if you're not sure if you can make it, let me know and I can put your name down. We pay per team and not individual.

Next Sunday, 13 October the Cork county intermediate cross country takes place in Carrigadrohid. If anyone would like to be entered for this race, please let me know immediately. Entries have to be in by Tuesday.
The next event after that is the County masters on 20 October (probably in Conna). We hope to have both men's and women's teams at this event so please contact me if you are interested.Thank you and well done again to all those who competed in Carrignavar.
