CONGRATULATIONS JOAN!

WORLD MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS SILVER MEDALIST
Our own super-coach Joan Hough, along with Niamh O'Sullivan (Riocht AC O/50) and Carmel Crowley McCarthy (Bandon AC O45) claimed the silver team medal for Ireland in the over 45 XC race at the recent World Masters Championships 2015 in Lyon France.

A fantastic achievement by Joan & her team mates, and inspiring for all the young MidletonAC athletes who are lucky enough to train with her during XC & T&F seasons.

Joan is not only an inspiration to the Juveniles but to the senior section as well. Well done Joan the club is truly proud of you and your amazing achievements.  Danny
