Tamzin Muldowney Midleton AC Athlete Awarded An American Scholarship

The great news to come to the club recently was that our member Tamzin Muldowney has been awarded an Athletic's Scholarship to the University Of Tennessee (Martin).

Tamzin who has been with the club since 2010 approx is the first athlete from the club to receive such an honour in many years and is following in a great tradition of  Midleton and East Cork athletics. 
Having started with us as a Juvenile she has progressed into the Junior ranks and has a great future ahead of her. Christine Murphy Vice Captain of the Senior Section of the club made a special presentation to Tamzin prior to her departure to show how proud we are of this amazing young lady. Danny
