Cross Country Updates

Cork County Masters Cross Country takes place on 
Sunday 3rd  November in Castlelyons.

Please let Sally know by this Wednesday, 23 October if you would like to be entered.  (087 2265857).

With so many people running the marathon this year, we have had low numbers running cross country.  We hope to have teams at this event, so please think about coming out and running for the club!
Everyone of you are well able for this and every runner counts.
