Friday 30th saw some of the crew head towards North Cork for the infamous Liscarroll 10Km  and despite the early start all had good runs.Sheila Buckley was our only lady there but she aquitted herself in her usual style and came home a prizewinner as 4th Lady overall in a time of 42.11.
Mike Dolphin was our first man home with a very fine run of 36.55 coming 6th overall. This was Mike's first ever 10 Km and that is fine running over a not very easy course.Mike Cremin headed back towards his own home turf and again did another fine run.Apologies to anyone I may have omitted.
