CROSS COUNTRY

This year we hope to field a men's and a women's cross country team.  
The following is a provisional list of the upcoming fixtures.  From this list the races which we should seriously be looking at entering a team for are the County novice on 6 October, the Munster novice on 20 October and the Munster masters on 24 November. 
 If there is enough interest it would be great if we could have a team in the county and Munster intermediate too (to try and defend the Munster intermediate title our women's team won last year!)

Cross country training continues every Saturday morning at 9.00 am in the Curragh Woods.
