Four Went Out & Four Came back With PBs

Tonight Fri 2nd was the Kinsale 5 mile and we had four athletes there that have reported in so far.
                        All got PBs Karen Grant who is running so well at present came 2nd lady in a time of 31.35 whilst Mike Dolphin got a PB  of 28.47 followed by Rod Scanlon in 29.56  and Ronan Mc Manus came home in 35.25.
Whilst as I said this is the fastest course in the county and it is great that everyone got PBs but it is not the easiest course around and I bet that if any of the lads went out there again tomorrow they would even be faster.
Yes it is as fast course but a course that needs to be learned how to get the best out of it.
So well done guys and gal roll on next time around and ye have only more PBs awaiting.
