John Dunphy had a very fine run here tonight and is a man going from strength to strength. He achieved his highest even individual finish here when he came 3Rd overall in a time of 18.44 on this out and back course over rolling hills. Well done as always John.

Night Of The PBs Again
There was some great running from our members here tonight with 50% of them getting PBs . Marie Gillman 38.06, Martha McNamara 39.02, Michael McNamara 41.41 and Paula O'Sullivan 42.57 all got PBs on this very up and down tough course.
Sheila Buckley was our first lady home in 33.22 and Christopher McCarthy was our first man. Donie O;Connell had another fine run and Eugene McCarthy had an easy night acting as a running buddy.
