Pre Registration For Cloyne 5km

There is pre reg. available for the Cloyne 5km race  tomorrow evening in Cloyne National School from 5 -7pm  Please if you can avail of this as it will help with the crowds on Wed evening.

National League

Daniel Colbert notched up another win on Sunday in the Finals of the National League where he guested with Youghal AC. Daniel finished an easy first in the 400h he also came 4th in the 200m and in the triple jump.Now he will be taking a very well deserved break.

First Time On The Podium For Francis

Francis Maunsell had a great run in the Banna 5Km where in a time of  19.48 he finished 3rd overall.

Well done Francis may it be the first of many.

The Secret Is Out

Yes we have Cloyne on next Wed evening which we will all support and no doubt there will be a huge crowd there but for anyone looking for a good time without the crowds there is SHANNAGARY 5Km on Thur. evening. Small crowd, great course

Whitegate Triathlon

 

                                                              Sunday morning (after the night before) was spent at the Whitegate Triathlon where several of our members took part and all acquitted themselves very well. In what appeared a lovely morning was deceiving in that the sea was very choppy and made the swim very difficult for most participants  but once out of the water everyone was flying. I think the photos speak for themselves
