News Flash Midleton Ladies 1st Team (see report below)

Some great running in Ballyandreen on Thursday evening and there was a fantastic crowd from the club running and everyone seemed to do very well. Many seemed to get PBs whilst others were just doing it as a training run for Monday's marathon and half marathon. Sheila Buckley was our first lady home and finished 4th lady overall. Marie Gillman 2nd O/50, Martha McNamara 1st O/55 and Margaret Barry 1st O/65. Our Ladies also took FIRST TEAM with Sheila Buckley, Eileen Leahy, Vicki Cleary and Esther Murphy. Whilst our men John Cashman 3rd O/50 and Neilus Aherne 2nd O/55 with Donie O'Connell 2nd O/65.
There was also some fantastic running from many others including Paul Spiteri our first man home in 29.22 followed by Brian Harty 29.51 both breaking the 30min barrier whilst Morgan O'Regan was just outside. Whilst Declan Dorgan finished with the first lady and Francis Maunsell very soon after that.
