Thursday evening in Fota was again a great evening for running and most of our athletes had very good runs. Our first man home was Paul Spiteri followed by Rod Scanlan who got a PB. Our first lady home was Breda Sheedy closely followed by Louise Barry who had a fine run also. There were far too many running from the club to name all the individuals and apologies to those who photos I missed.
