Daniel On The Run

                                                    Daniel Colbert ran with Youghal AC as a guest last Sunday in the National League and won his 400 mtrs Hurdles in a time of 56.37 which was three seconds ahead of his nearest rival. (Each club is allowed two guests their other guest was James McCarthy so Daniel was in good company)
He will be running the 400H again next Sunday in Santry Stadium in the AAI Games then he heads for Belgium where he has two races one in Namur on the 28th and one in Oordegem on the 31st.
