Malahide Park Run
( How To Celebrate A Birthday In Style)

Club member Fionan O'hAodain travelled to Dublin this weekend to celebrate his fathers 70th birthday and whilst there ran the Malahide Park Run ( 5km.) where he got a new PB of 21.47 His father Bernard also did the race in a fine time of 30.01 (so now we know where the talent comes from). His brother Cormac also ran the race. What a great way to celebrate a birthday and what's that they say about "the family that runs together" . Well done all.
